Information we collect
When you submit an inquiry, AKSS may collect the organization name, contact name, phone number, email address, city, requested service, approximate guard requirement and the message you provide.
How it is used
Inquiry information is used to understand the security-services requirement, contact you about that requirement and manage follow-up in the AKSS CRM. A website submission does not automatically create an operational client, contract or deployment.
Operational records
If an inquiry later becomes an approved client engagement, additional operational and commercial records are managed separately under the relevant service relationship and access controls.
